    The recombinant mouse PLAT/Fc comprises 511 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 56.4 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of the protein is approximately 57 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions due to glycosylation. A DNA sequence encoding the mouse PLAT (P11214) (Ile309-Gln559) was was expressed with the fused Fc region of human IgG1 at the N-terminus.
