    The secreted recombinant mouse PROCR/Fc is a disulfide-linked homodimer. The reduced monomer comprises 438 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 49.3 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the apparent molecular mass of the recombinant protein is approximately 65-75 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the mouse PROCR (Q64695) extracellular domain (Met 1-Ser 214) was fused with the Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus.
