Scientific Description
The recombinant mouse TEK comprises 737 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 82.4 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of the protein is approximately 91 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions due to glycosylation. A DNA sequence encoding the mouse TEK (Q02858) (Met1-Lys744) was expressed with a C-terminal polyhistidine tag.
