Scientific Description
MST3/STK24 is a serine/threonine protein kinase that induces apoptosis in response to stress and caspase activation. It mediates oxidative stress-induced cell death by regulating the phosphorylation of JNK1-JNK2 and p38 during oxidative stress. MST3/STK24 Protein, Human (sf9, His) is the recombinant human-derived MST3/STK24 protein, expressed by Sf9 insect cells , with N-His labeled tag.
