Myoseverin is a microtuble-binding molecule and reversible inhibitor of tubulin polymerization. It binds to tublin leading to multinucleated myotubes fission. Myoseverin affects the expression of a variety of growth factor, immunomodulatory, extracellular matrix-remodeling, and stress response genes.
