Naproxen glucuronide ((S)-Naproxen-beta-D-glucuronide) is a non-selective COX inhibitor. Naproxen glucuronide, a metabolite of naproxen, is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) of the propionic acid class (the same as ibuprofen) that relieves pain, fever, swelling, and stiffness[1].
