Nav1.8-IN-6 (Compound 2j) is a novel pyridinone amide Nav1.8 channel inhibitor. The IC 50 values in the resting state and semi-activated state are 513.33 and 471.81 nM, respectively. Nav1.8-IN-6 has analgesic activity [1] .
