Recognizes human Neurofilament H, L at 70kD and 200kD. Does not react with small cell lung carcinoma. Does not cross react with GFAP, Keratin, Vimentin or Desmin. Stains neurons in sections of brain and other tissues.

Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 1:50 diluted in PBS. Reduced staining which can be improved with a TUF pretreatment. Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): 1:160 diluted in PBS. Western Blot: 1:20.. IHC, IHC-Fr (1:160), IHC-P (1:50), WB (1:20) Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot.
