Specificity was determined by western blot analysis of extracts from a yeast strain expressing Nop2p under GAL-UAS control and from strains containing nop2 ts alleles that express Nop2p isoforms of altered molecular weight.

WB: Use at a dilution of 1/10000 (cell lysates) - 1/25000 (nuclear fractions). For other (non-ECL) detection methods, use at a dilution of 1/1000 - 1/5000. Predicted molecular weight: 100 kDa. IF: Use at a dilution of 1/500 - 1/5000 (yeast cells). Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
