Scientific Description
Notch 3 protein is a receptor for the ligands JAG1, JAG2 and DLL1 and plays a crucial regulatory role in cell fate determination. Upon ligand activation, NICD forms a transcriptional activator complex with RBPJ/RBPSUH and activates genes within the enhancer of the cleavage site. Notch 3 Protein, Human (HEK293, His-Avi) is the recombinant human-derived Notch 3 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-Avi, C-His labeled tag.
