NS3861 fumarate is an agonist of nicotinic acetylcholine receptors ( nAChRs ) and binds with high affinity to heteromeric alpha3beta4 nAChR . The binding K i values of 0.62, 25, 7.8, 55 nM for alpha3beta4, alpha3beta2, alpha4beta4, alpha4beta2, respectively [1] .
