ELISA: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000.IHC: In paraffin embedded Human Brain (Cerebellum) shows nuclear staining of the granular cell layer. Recommended concentration, 1.5-3ug/ml.WB: Preliminary experiments in Human Brain lysates and in lysates of cell line NIH 3T3 gave no specific signal but low background (at antibody concentration up to 1 microg/ml).
