Mouse OX40, also known as Tumor Necrosis Factor Receptor Superfamily Member 4, TNFRSF4, and CD134, GenBank Accession No. NM_011659, a.a. 20-211 with C-terminal Avi-Tag fused to the Fc portion of Human IgG1 and expressed in a HEK293 cell expression system. This protein is enzymatically biotinylated using Avi-Tag™ technology. This protein runs at a higher MW by SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation. MW = 52 kDa.
