    Western Blotting 1:100-1:400This antibody can be used on frozen tissue sections and on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue sections. Prolonged fixation in buffered formalin can destroy the epitope. The antibody may be used at a dilution of 1:50-1:100. High temperature antigenic unmasking technique or enzymatic predigestion is recommended with this antibody when using paraffin-embedded tissue sections.

    This antibody is a broad spectrum antibody and reacts with several normal and neoplastic epithelia. This antibody reacts with simple epithelium and both suprabasal and basal layers of cornifying and noncornifying squamous epithelium. It also works in smears of cultured epithelial cell lines.
