Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000. Western blot: Approx 125kD band observed in Mouse fetal Kidney lysates (calculated MW of 133kD according to NP_001074519.2). Recommended concentration: 0.3-1 ug/ml. An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 150kD. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide..
