Human NEFM / NF-M. This antibody is expected to recognize both reported isoforms (NP_005373.2; NP_001099011.1).

Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000. Western blot: Approx 170-200kDa band observed in Mouse Brain lysates (calculated MW of 102kDa according to NP_005373.2). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings with different antibodies from other commercial sources. Recommended concentration: 0.03-0.1 ug/ml.. IHC, IHC-P (5 µg/ml), Peptide-ELISA (1:128000), WB (0.03 - 0.1 µg/ml) Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000.
