Scientific Description
PDGF R alpha is a tyrosine protein kinase and an important cell surface receptor for PDGFA, PDGFB and PDGFC, affecting embryonic development, cell proliferation, survival and chemotaxis. Its effects on cell behavior vary, promoting or inhibiting proliferation and migration depending on environmental cues. PDGF R alpha Protein, Human (HEK293, His-Avi) is the recombinant human-derived PDGF R alpha protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-Avi, C-His labeled tag.
