Inhibitory Activity: The cAMP-Dependent Protein Kinase, regulatory subunit RIIa reversibly inhibits the catalytic subunit Ca of the cAMP-dependent protein kinase PKA. The inhibition of the catalytic subunit can be reversed by the addition of the second messenger cAMP (> 1uM)
