Preparation of working solutions : 1. Place 100microl Proteinase K solution in a glass tube, and 2.4ml distilled water and mix. Protocol Recommendations : 1. Optimal digestion conditions will vary depending on fixation conditions and should be optimized by the end user. 2. Incubation of tissue sections for 10 - 30 minutes at 37C is sufficient for in situ.
