Scientific info:	The recombinant human APOH consists of 337 amino acids and predictes a molecular mass of 37.7 kDa. In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, the apparent molecular mass of rhAPOH is approximately 53 kDa due to different glycosylation. A DNA sequence encoding the human APOH (NP_000033.2) (Met 1-Cys 345) was expressed, with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
