PSMA-Val-Cit-PAB-Azide is a drug-linker conjugate for ADC . PSMA-Val-Cit-PAB-Azide contains the cleavable ADCs linker (Val-Cit-PAB) and a novel small-molecule PSMA-targeted conjugate. It contains an Azide group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction (CuAAc) with molecules containing Alkyne groups [1] .
