Rabbit polyclonal antibody to PTTG1, which also known as securin, pituitary tumor-transforming 1 or EAP1. PTTG1 belongs to the securin family. It highly expressed in adult testis. Additionally, it plays a central role in chromosome stability, in the p53/TP53 pathway, and DNA repair. It probably play a role by blocking the action of key proteins.
