Quercetin dihydrate, a natural flavonoid, is a stimulator of recombinant SIRT1 and a PI3K inhibitor with IC 50 s of 2.4 microM, 3.0 microM and 5.4 microM for PI3K gamma, PI3K delta and PI3K beta, respectively [1] .
