Recognizes human RAD21 (D213). Species cross-reactivity: mouse, rat, monkey. Sequence Homology: porcine, chicken, bovine, equine.

Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation (P) and Immunofluorescence (IF-IC). Western Blot: 1:1000. Incubate membrane with diluted antibody in 5% w/v BSA, 1X TBS, 0.1%. Tween-20 at 4°C with gentle shaking, overnight. Immunoprecipitation (P): 1:25. Immunofluorescence (IF-IC) 1:100..
