Radulone A, a secondary metabolite, can be isolated from the wood-decaying fungus Granulobasidium v ellereum. It inhibits the germination of spores from Phlebiopsis gigantea, Coniophora puteana, and Heterobasidion occidentale at concentrations of 10 microM, 500 microM, and 100 microM respectively.
