  • Scientific Description
    The secreted recombinant rat B2M comprises 110 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 13 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of the rat B2M is approximately 15 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the rat B2M (P07151) (Met 1-Met 119) was expressed, fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
