Scientific Description
The recombinant rat CSF1R comprises 502 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 56.5 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of the recombinant protein is approximately 69-89 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions due to glycosylation. A DNA sequence encoding the rat CSF1R (D4ACA7) (Met1-Glu510) was expressed with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
