    The recombinant rat CD226/Fc is a disulfide-linked homodimer. The reduced monomer comprises 475 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 53.6 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of the protein is approximately 62-68 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the rat CD226 (D3ZS97) (Met1-Ile265) was expressed with the Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus.
