Scientific Description
The recombinant rat HepaCAM2/Fc is a disulfide-linked homodimer. The reduced monomer comprises 559 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 62.3 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of the protein is approximately 66-73 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the rat HepaCAM2 (B5DEN8) (Met1-Leu350) was expressed with the Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus.
