    The recombinant rat IL17RA/Fc is a disulfide-linked homodimer. The reduced monomer comprises 530 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 59.7 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of the protein is approximately 68-102 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions due to glycosylation. A DNA sequence encoding the rat IL17RA (NP_001101353.2)(Met1-Pro320) was expressed with the Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus.
