Scientific Description
The recombinant rat KIRREL3 comprises 513 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 56.4 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of the recombinant protein is approximately 60-64 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions due to glycosylation. A DNA sequence encoding the rat KIRREL3 (Q09GS6) (Met1-Ala523) was expressed with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
