Recombinant mouse IFN-gamma (Murine IFN-gamma) （E. coli）is an unstable interferon produced by CD4 and CD8 T lymphocytes and activated NK cells. IFN-gamma receptors are present in most immune cells, and they respond to IFN-gamma signaling by increasing the surface expression of class I gamma proteins. ED50 < 0.15 ng/ml, measured by cytotoxicity assay using WEHI-279 cells.

Stored at ≤ -20°C, stable for one year after receipt. Reconstituted protein solution can be stored at 2-8°C for 2-7 days and at -20°C for 3 months.
