Recombinant Mouse IL-10 (CHO) belongs to the IL-10 family and shares more than 80% sequence homology with the Epstein-Barr Virus protein BCRFI. Measured in a cell proliferation assay using MC/9 cells, the ED50 is < 0.2 ng/ml.

Stored at ≤ -20°C, stable for one year after receipt. Reconstituted protein solution can be stored at 2-8°C for 2-7 days and at -20°C for 3 months.
