    Ridazolol hydrochloride is a beta-adrenergic receptor ( betaAR ) antagonist. Ridazolol hydrochloride exhibits a high degree of selectivity for beta-1 adrenergic receptor ( beta1AR ) and possesses moderate intrinsic sympathomimetic activity (ISA). Ridazolol hydrochloride can competitively antagonize the relaxation effects induced by isoproterenol. Ridazolol hydrochloride is utilized in the research of cardiovascular diseases [1] .
