Rosiptor (AQX-1125) acetate is a selective and orally active phosphatase SHIP1 activator with anti-inflammatory effects. Rosiptor acetate (AQX-1125) inhibits Akt phosphorylation, inflammatory mediator production and leukocyte chemotaxis in vitro [1] [2] .
