ELISA: 0.5-1 ug/ml using 1 ug/ml control peptide per well.. ELISA (0.5 - 1 µg/ml), WB (1 - 10 µg/ml) Western blot: 1-10 ug/ml using ECL. Immunohistochemistry: not tested.
