Recognizes endogenous levels of total human RagA protein. It may also detect endogenous levels of total RagB protein. Species cross-reactivity: mouse, rat, monkey.

Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Western Blot: 1:1000 Incubate membrane with diluted antibody in 5% w/v BSA, 1X TBS, 0.1%. Tween-20 at 4°C with gentle shaking, overnight. Immunoprecipitation: 1:50.
