Scientific Description
RSPO1 or R-spondin-1 activates the canonical Wnt pathway through ligand binding to the LGR4-6 receptor, forming a complex with phosphorylated LRP6 and Frizzled receptors. This interaction upregulates target gene expression. RSPO1/R-spondin-1 Protein, Human (HEK293, His-Avi) is the recombinant human-derived RSPO1/R-spondin-1 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-Avi, C-10*His labeled tag.
