RSV-IN-5 is a potent dual inhibitor of wild-type and mutant respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) fusion proteins.RSV-IN-5 was able to act on wild-type A2 F protein and D486N mutant F protein with EC50 values of 2.0 nM and 8.1 nM, respectively, and exhibited potent anti-RSV effects.
