RSV/IAV-IN-3 (compound 14'i) is a dual inhibitor of respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) (EC50: 2.92 uM) and influenza A virus (IAV) (EC50: 1.90 uM). RSV/IAV-IN-3 significantly inhibited luciferase activity in a dose-dependent manner (EC50: 3.89 uM). RSV/IAV-IN-3 inhibited IAV infection and RdRp activity, and inhibited IAV and RSV replication during the post-entry phase.
