Culture system: Vero cell culture. Preparation: Infected cells and culture supernatant are har-vested, concentrated, purified by sucrose cushion centrifugation and Tween-ether treated. Inactivation: This product has been inactivated by Tween-ether treatment. Confirmed inactive by attempted growth under original culture conditions. Since no procedure can guarantee absolute sterility, the reagent should be handled with appropriate safety precautions.
