This self-complimentary scAAV expresses a scrambled pre-miR sequence under an EF1a promoter which also drives the eGFP reporter expression. It can be used as the control for other miR AAV. This miR control AAV is available in AAV1, AAV2, AAV5, AAV6, AAV8, AAV9, AAV-DJ, AAV-DJ8 & AAV-DJ9.
