    Suitable for use in Western Blot. Western Blot: 1 ug/ml. Lysates from the mouse pancreatic insulinoma cell line -TC6 was resolved by SDS-PAGE. Following electrophoresis, proteins were transferred to an Immobilon-P membrane and immunoblotted with 1 ug/ml anti-Secretagogin.. WB (1 µg/ml) Suitable for use in Western Blot.
