Recognizes human CD62E, a member of the selectin family which is expressed on endothelial cells at sites of inflammation. Species cross-reactivity: Canine L-selectin but not E-selectin.

Flow Cytometry: Use 10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 1E6 cells in 100ul. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
