Recognizes human CD62E (E-selectin). Cross-reacts with dog L-selectin. Does not cross-react with mouse or dog E-selectin.

ELISA. Flow Cytometry. Immunohistochemistry (frozen sections (0.5-2 ug/ml)). Functional Application: Inhibits binding of neutrophils and HL-60 cells to E-selectin expressing cells. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.. ELISA, Flo, Func, IHC, IHC-Fr ELISA. Flow Cytometry.
