abms Serum-Free CHO Media is a chemically derived animal free growth medium formulated to increase process yields of antibodies and recombinant proteins in Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cells. TM098 provides adaptable protocols to fit individual needs and reduces the risk of critical quality attributes changing when transitioning from the transient host to the stable host, therefore improving the workflow by utilizing the same medium before and after transfection. The added transfectory supplements echance cell growth and protein expression performance. This medium is compatible with most commercially available transfection reagents (e.g. polyethyleneimine [PEI]).
