Affinity Purified anti-SGK-1 antibody was used at a 15 ug/ml to detect nuclear and cytoplasmic signal in a variety of tissues including adrenal, heart, liver, ovary, pancreas, placenta, skin, spleen, testes, thyroid and uterus.
