SJ6145 is an effective ligand for KLHDC2SBD, exhibiting a dissociation constant (Kd) of 16.9 microM as determined by Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) testing. It has shown an inhibitory concentration 50% (IC50) value of 42 microM in assays testing the inhibition of the binding between KLHDC2SBD and a diglycol degradation peptide.
