Recognizes NHE1 (Na, H Exchanger 1). Species sequence Homology: Human, rat, mouse, bovine, porcine and rabbit: 100%; Hamster: 90%. No significant sequence homology exist with other NHE isoforms (NHE2-5).

Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Western Blot: 1-10 ug/ml using ECL. A band of 95-110kD has been detected in brush border membrane. ELISA: 1:100000; using 50-100 ng control peptide per well.
