Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Western Blot: 5-10 ug/ml detects 10 ng PLA2 under non-reducing conditions. Human synovial PLA2 was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with anti-PLA2, secretory (5 ug/ml). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. ELISA: 1:300 detects 3-28 ng PLA2..
